We managed, with a heterogeneous team of CA Assicurazioni & Vita, a four days program to discover, through our BEFORETHEIDEAS tool, how provides the knowledge and insights needed to start the innovation path with an analytical and scientific approach to innovation, in the assurance market. Teams learned also how to discover more more about the competition by revealing the gaps and potential opportunities, to do something different and turn the market upside down.

Impacting Stories

 

63% of the audience is able to remember facts based on storytelling and story presentations, while only 5% rely on other methods, a story can create a relationship by putting the audience at the center to achieve our goal. 20 people of AMUNDI sales team faced a 3 days training workshop on storytelling based on CAST methodology. We went through the full process: Content, Audience, Story and Test making a lot of business case and entering in customer’s business application. A great business story will stimulate your audience to take action and make the decision you want them to make!

Testing ideas and business assumptions is a key moment in an innovation journey program, to discover and validate new business model with real customers. Team members, after created their proposal, worked 2 weeks to build and execute tests to validate their ideas, using The Hero plan action board, based on lean experiments method. An exciting and challenging moment before launching all together designing presentation to be performed in front of the innovation board!

INNOVATION TIPS & TRICKS

JUNE-JULY 2020

Learn when you like!

 

In June and July 2020, we organized a new online training format to keep people empowered, motivated and near their company. Starting from 42 TALKS program, we designed the Taylor made TIPS & TRICKS project for Agos Teams. What that is about? Launch a training topic on the platform, leave one week to participant to read flyers and see business case videos, organize a two hours call with everyone one week later, to discuss about the matter and practice on. A new way to learn something new with maximum flexibility and at the same time being close to colleagues and company.

DISEGNO BRUTTO WEB WORKSHOP

JUNE 2020

Work better by drawing badly.

 

The 25th of June 2020 we managed with 15 participants, the first Web Workshop of Disegno Brutto in giacca e cravatta, the most powerful visual thinking approach. The use of visual thinking combined with drawing stimulates creativity and allows you to develop disruptive and innovative ways of thinking. During the workshops everyone learned how to take notes in a meeting, to represent a process, to manage a meeting and also to design and solve a problem with drawing. Thanks to the power of drawing we can also easily rework contents, view the phases of a project or the nodes of a problem, stimulating creativity and improving communication and collaboration between colleagues.

ONEATATIME WEB WORKSHOP

Increase productivity differently.

 

During month of March 2020 we held a Web Workshop with Agos Innovation Community 2020 team members on oneatatime content, the only system than can improve productivity working on the body, emotions and mind of the people! More than 50 people participated to the 2 sessionS of the workshop, learning how to plan their time ahead, have more energy, guide their emotions and govern their commitments. Oneatatime consists in five different steps after the workshop to increase productivity, effectiveness and energy: homework week, one on one meetings, two weeks of homework again, final meeting and a retrospective meeting with follow up.

We are well aware of the expected usefulness of a good, service or offer in general. But it is no longer enough. If we want to offer great value to our customers, we must venture out of the way and look for unexpected utility that can delight people. In this workshop participants learnt how to to recognize that there is something, somehow hidden, a little mysterious that can make our value proposition successful, difficult to copy and delicious.they also also learnt how to harness the absurd power of the worst possible ideas to seek an unexpected, unique and disruptive value.

After creating, testing and prototyping the new proposal, working also on a smart business plan, now is time to design a memorable and persuasive presentation for the company innovation board! Each team worked through a 4 steps method: know you audience, plan the journey, identify the bis idea, prepare the presentation to inspire attendees and move them to action. It is incredibly important to communicate a clear, consistent, and compelling message that the audience will remember.

The 25th October 2019, 25 managers of different companies in only one day workshop designed 5 new business through design thinking process of Business Innovation Design, a full system to innovate. Business Innovation Design seamlessly connects various disciplines in a framework tied by methods and tools. Every block consists of its own tools that gives decision-making clarity from various perspectives. Its modular approach enables the utilization of multiple processes designed for continuous innovation. Design thinking, lean startup, strategic foresight, business modeling, innovation management, business strategy, agile development. Business Innovation Design is the answer to business challenges that requires innovation.

AGOS IDEA GENERATION WORKSHOP

Invincible Ideas

 

The 24th October 2019, Agos commercial partnership network team, attend to an idea generation workshop of one day to design the future of the company in five direct domains. 5 teams and more than 30 people creating actionable ideas to improve: sales representatives role, new products and services, processes, future of the company, risks & opportunities. In 8 intensive hours, teams created more than 200 structured, clustered e prioritised ideas to introduce to their management. We use during the workshop 5 idea generation tools: TREND+INSIGHT=IDEA, how what ideation, brain walking, idea clustering, voting by dot.

The 27th June 2019 has been a great day for AGOS Innovation community. We introduced the design value part of Business Innovation Design® iteration. During all the month all the teams will work on creation, value proposition and evaluation, also starting to plan the prototyping phase choosing the best tool to use. An important challenge that will lead all the groups to the final steps of the project to deliver the final proposal to the innovation board of the company. The design thinking step is engaging everyone to enter deeply in each details of the new product/service considering the real customer needs.

The 9th May 2019 the AGOS Innovation community teams finished The Hero Plan program, each team presented their validated proposal to the company Innovation Lab and to The Chief Digital Transformation Officer Sergio Rossi. Everyone was impressed by the quality of the proposals and how every teams progressed in the various challenges. The Hero Plan method helped everyone to create a different and memorable proposal using gamification, neuromarketing and lean strategy.

Value Plan Design!

 

The 12th March 2019 the AGOS Innovation community worked on the value plan of their proposal through the gamified business model canvas of The Hero Plan method, a new engaging way to design a different and memorable proposal. After this stage all the teams will fully validate they proposal in a lean and cost-effective way to complete the DNA of their product or service. In the afternoon they discovered the most powerful and exciting visual thinking method, DISEGNO BRUTTO in giacca e cravatta, improving their communication skills and creativity approach. The workshop it was held by Alessandro Bonaccorsi, the inventor of DISEGNO BRUTTO and author of the best-seller “La via del Disegno Brutto”.

The 27th March 2019 at Le village by Credit Agricole Milan, through Business Model Canvas method, 40 Credit Agricole Group managers have experienced how to systematically understand, design and differentiate a business model. We crossed the 9 blocks of Canvas, working on real business cases helping and each team to build a winning business model. With the Business Model Canvas, everyone has the opportunity to understand complex elements that affect the operation of an entire company, in a simple and extremely intuitive way. This happens because the canvas is based on a visual language that is quick to learn and accessible beyond the professional background: this allows maximum alignment between the people involved and, at the same time, represents the great communicative advantage of the Business Model Canvas.

Which is the role of a sponsor inside an innovation team? The 21 February 2019 the sponsors of 2019 AGOS innovation teams with company innovation lab & factory created the definition and the role of innovation team sponsor. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a facilitated meeting, communication and problem-solving process in which participants are led through a series of questions, probing deeper and deeper into the subject. Each participant builds his or her own 3D LEGO® model in response to the facilitator´s questions using specially selected LEGO® elements. These 3D models serve as a basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving and decision making.

The 11th December 2018 we launched, in a dedicate kick-off, the 2019 AGOS innovation community. After a first on-boarding and recruiting phase among AGOS employees, now finally we are ready to start the 2019 innovation program. 30 new innovators will start an amazing journey creating the future of the company working to develop new products, service and proposals from idea to prototypes. We will help the new community and the company innovation lab during all 2019, through the most advanced innovative and engaging tools to design a new company. The 23rd of October 2018 we organised at OPEN Milano, the Disegno Brutto in giacca e cravatta presentation, the most powerful visual thinking method, a new way to learn how to use drawing as a tool for creativity, communication and innovation. DISEGNO BRUTTO helps you develop your ideas by drawing badly and finding new points of view. It's called DISEGNO BRUTTO because it's not important to know how to draw well to communicate, it forces the observer's mind to add the parts of the design to interpret the traits and is therefore more engaging and immersive. Drawing helps to be more creative. You will learn to badly drawing with pride!

The 10th of November of 2017 we organised at OPEN Milano,  the first LEGO® SERIOUSPLAY® Workshop about Innovation, a challenge to create new products & services. All participants were fully engaged and involved to envision, imagine and and create the future. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method through a structured problem solving process helped the team to create and shape the future of different business segment creating, in one day amazing projects. During the workshop everybody was part of in-depth discussions, which will give a detailed overview of the problem having clear and common understanding of the issues and how to solve them.

July-September 2017

8 weeks Innovation Program for AGOS!

 

We run, through The Hero Plan method, a 8 weeks of full innovation program for AGOS with 5 teams and 25 "fighters". The project started the second week of July with an extended workshop to share The Hero Plan culture and language and ended the end of September with the final presentation of all the projects to AGOS innovation board. It was an exciting journey! The different teams managed to create 5 memorable and validated proposal using neuro marketing, lean strategy and gamification. Through The Hero Plan it's easy and fun to create your killer strategy, following the hero's and innocent in danger's metaphor. Using gamification to design strategy and new business model is awesome!
